This week we are featuring Mrs. Pamela Hays, one of three Spanish teachers at BHS.

Q – What is your favorite color?  

A – Blue and purple

Q – Do you have any pets?

A – Rusty (Jack Russell Terrier), and Rowdy (Lab)

Q – Where did you graduate from high school?

A – South Garland High School

Q – Where did you go to College?

A – Paris Junior College in Paris, Texas and East Texas State University in Commerce.

Q – What do you like to do in your free time?

A – I like to read, play with my two grandchildren, and just sit in the shade.

Q – What is an interesting fact about you?

A – Growing up, from about the age of sixteen to seventeen, I traveled with my cousins and mom and dad, and aunt and uncle across the southern United States singing southern gospel songs in churches and camps and Indian reservations.

Q – What is your favorite movie?

A – I like the “Sound of Music”.

Q – What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

A – Pecan praline
