BHS track teams advance to Regionals

Last week, the Bullard High School varsity track team competed at a 4A regional meet.. The team has been working hard this season in order to better themselves for the postseason. But their run ended at regionals.

To get to regionals, the track teams performed well at the area meet, with many athletes advancing.

The varsity girls team sawRiley Roberts finished first place in the 3200-meter run , 800-meter run, and the 1600-meter run. Ashley Waterman got first place in high jump. Berlyn Grossman finished in first place in the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles. The variety boys also had a good showing at area as Jeffrey Brooks placed second in the high jump while Zach Arroyo got third in pole vault. Cameron Baldwin finished in third in the 110-m in hurdles.
